About the Everetts Lending Team
Jimmy is a Navy Submarine Veteran. He served from 1996 to 2004 aboard USS Charlotte and USS Memphis, including three tours in the Persian Gulf. After the Navy he spent several years as a TV reporter at NY1 and Cleveland 19, shooting, writing and editing his own stories. Tired of the wear and tear of the news business, he moved home to Denver, where he was born and raised, and started in mortgage lending in 2018.
He's used his own VA benefit more than once and has had both a great home-buying experience and a bad one. Living both is why he got into lending: so every buyer he works with gets the good version. He's been honored to help hundreds of Colorado families buy or refinance, and the relationships are still his favorite part.
Jimmy married the love of his life, Neymar, in 2022, and in July 2023 they welcomed their daughter, Venecia. Two dogs, Butkus and Mozzy, round out the family. Kid and dogs all love their mom… but know Dad is the best (please don’t tell her I said that).
Brandon handles loan processing and approval for the Everetts Lending Team. With extensive experience in underwriting and processing, he knows the guidelines inside and out, and he makes sure every client is fully preapproved before the home search starts. From the application through the documents needed for approval, Brandon keeps the process smooth once you're under contract.
Brandon and his wife, Trinh, are dog parents to three pups, love the outdoors, and enjoy time with their extended families.
Rachel is the client experience specialist for the Everetts Lending Team. Her job is to make sure every client feels supported before, during and after closing. We want our clients to know what an honor it is to work with them, and Rachel's creative touch makes sure they do. She's also the driving force behind our client appreciation events, and we hope to see you at one soon.
When she's not working, you'll find Rachel and her fiancé, Baer, outside or at the dog park with their dog, Luna, spending time with their big extended family, or cheering on the Denver Broncos.
